These terms apply when you book a consultation or a course with PROCONSULTATIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England with company number 08551910 ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered office address is to be confirmed.

2. Our services
We offer consultations for organisations (healthcare quality, leadership, HR and IT) and training courses for individuals and organisations (preparatory courses for the CPHQ, CPHRM, CPPS and PMP exams, and a Care Certificate course).
The details of each service, including its price, dates and format, are shown on its page or in the written proposal or booking confirmation we send you. If anything in a proposal or booking confirmation differs from these terms, the proposal or booking confirmation applies.
3. Booking a course
Your place on a course is confirmed when we accept your booking in writing and receive payment, or agree another way to pay in writing.
Please check that the course is right for you, and that you meet the awarding body's rules for the exam, before you book.
4. Booking a consultation
Consultations start with a call. Before any paid work starts we will send you a written proposal setting out the scope, the fee and the timescale. The contract starts when you accept the proposal in writing.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We will tell you whether VAT applies.
When online card payment is available, payments will be processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Invoices must be paid within the time shown on the invoice.
6. Exams and certification
Our preparatory courses help you prepare for exams that are set and run by independent awarding bodies: the National Association for Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), the American Hospital Association Certification Center (CPHRM), the Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety (CPPS) and the Project Management Institute (PMP). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these bodies.
Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, exam fees are not included in our prices. You apply for and book the exam with the awarding body and must meet its rules. We cannot guarantee that you will pass an exam.
Parts of the Care Certificate are assessed by observing you at work. Your employer is responsible for that workplace assessment.
7. Changes and cancellation by us
We may need to change the date, time, venue, trainer or format of a course. If we make a significant change, or cancel a course, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you another date or a full refund of what you paid us for that course.
8. Your right to cancel
Our refund policy explains how you can cancel and when you can get a refund.
9. Course materials
Course materials are for your own use. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them without our written permission.
10. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
If you are a business customer, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us through our contact page so we can put things right.
12. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you booked.
