Who we are
PROCONSULTATIONS LIMITED (company number 08551910, registered in England) is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Our registered office address and our Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) registration number are to be confirmed.
For any question about your information, contact us through our contact page.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you book: the details we need to manage your booking, invoice you, run the course and keep attendance and completion records.
- When you pay: online card payments will be handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card details.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the information you ask for (our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract).
- To provide the consultation or course you book (performance of a contract).
- To keep financial and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send you news or offers, only if you have agreed (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the messages sent through our contact form.
- Stripe, which will process online card payments.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface used on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests the font from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Awarding bodies or your employer, only where you ask us to, or where it is needed for your course (for example workplace sign-off of the Care Certificate).
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States or process information there. Where your information leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law recognises, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. We keep customer and financial records for six years, to meet tax and accounting rules.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or someone else. Contact us to use any of these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would be grateful for the chance to put things right first.
Keeping your information safe
We use trusted providers and limit who can see your information to the people who need it.
