Your right to cancel
If you book a course or a service with us as a consumer online, by phone or by email, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day we confirm your booking, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If your course starts within the 14 days
If you ask us to start a course or a service within the 14 days and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for the part you have already received.
If a course gives you access to online material straight away, we will ask you to agree to this when you book. Once that access starts, you lose the right to cancel the online material.
After the 14 days
Our cancellation terms after the 14 days, including transfers to a later date and any partial refunds, are to be confirmed.
If we cancel
If we cancel a course, or make a significant change to it, you can choose another date or a full refund of what you paid us for that course.
Consultations
Refunds for consultation work follow the terms in your written proposal.
Exam fees
Fees you pay to an awarding body for an exam are covered by that body's own refund and rescheduling rules. We cannot refund them.
How to cancel
Tell us through our contact page. Choose the course or service, and include your name and your booking details. We will confirm that we have received your cancellation.
How we refund you
We refund you using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling.
Business customers
The 14-day right to cancel is for consumers. If you book as a business, the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation or proposal apply.
